⽣命關顧事⼯主任 (1年合約) LifeCare Ministry Supervisor (1 Year Contract)

恩⾬之聲是⼀間以信仰為根基的⾮營利基督教機構，致⼒於透過⼤眾傳媒向全球華⼈⾒證基督。我們現誠聘⼀位具備輔導背景與服務熱誠的關顧事⼯主任，負責帶領關顧團隊，透過電話、網絡及實體活動提供全⽅位的關懷服務。

職位性質： 兼職（每週 20 ⼩時） 申請期限： 2026年5⽉31⽇

職責包括：

團隊督導與領導： 負責監督關顧事⼯（LifeCare Ministry）的⽇常運作，包括實體與線上勤務，帶領團隊成員並與教會及社區組織建⽴協作網絡。
熱線與服務管理： 督導「恩⾬⽣命關顧熱線」的運作，確保電話關懷服務的質素與效率。
活動策劃與協調： 統籌及執⾏關顧事⼯的所有相關活動，如關顧培訓、⼯作坊、專題講座、及社區外展活動。
資訊研究與發展： 針對關顧事⼯所需的相關素材與資訊進⾏持續性的研究與更新。
數位平台營運： 負責機構網站關顧分⾴的更新、回覆社交媒體（如 IG、Facebook、YouTube等）的訊息及相關媒體平台的維護。

應徵條件：

信仰背景： 必須為重⽣得救基督徒，對服事神充滿熱誠，並具備主動積極、獨⽴⼯作且能融⼊團隊合作的特質。
教育經歷： 擁有輔導（Counseling）或相關學科的⼤學學位，並具備專業的輔導背景。
語⽂能⼒： 精通粵語及英語；具備國語能⼒者更佳。
核⼼素質： 具備卓越的溝通與⼈際交往能⼒，性格開朗外向，並能在多⼯環境下有效管理時間與⼯作優先次序。
專業技術： 熟練應⽤ MS Office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook）、電⼦郵件及中⽂輸⼊。

Showers of Blessing is a faith-based non-profit organization dedicated to reaching out to Chinese people around the world through mass media to witness for Christ. We are currently seeking a passionate LifeCare Ministry Supervisor with a professional counseling background to lead our care team in providing holistic support through telephonic, digital, and in-person channels.

Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours/week) Application Deadline: May/31/2026

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise the daily operations of the LifeCare Ministry, including both on-site and remote duties. Lead team members and cultivate collaborative networks with churches, community organizations, and the general public.
Hotline & Service Management: Oversee the “Showers of Blessing Care Hotline” to ensure high-quality and effective tele-care services.
Activity Planning & Coordination: Assist in and coordinate all LifeCare Ministry activities, including professional training, workshops, information seminars, team-building gatherings, and community outreach events.
Research & Resource Development: Conduct ongoing research to provide updated information and materials essential for the LifeCare Ministry.
Digital Platform Engagement: Manage and update the LifeCare section of the ministry website; monitor and follow up on messages across social media platforms including IG, Facebook, and YouTube.

Requirements:

Faith & Mission Alignment: Must be a re-born Christian with a deep passion for serving God. You should be a proactive self-starter who can work independently while thriving as a team player.
Education & Experience: University degree in Counseling or a related subject. A solid counseling background is essential for this role.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in both Cantonese and English; fluency in Mandarin is considered a strong asset.
Core Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), email management, and Chinese typing.
